We are a direct manufacturer and wholesaler of nuts, dried fruit, chocolate covered and yogurt coated products. We roast, cut, mix, candy coat, process and ship directly from our Elgin, Illinois headquarters to fulfill each client's specific needs.
State-of-the-Art Food Manufacturing
The Elgin facility is 108,000 square feet on 17 acres of land and processes over 50 million pounds annually. Our quality control department has complete HACCP and GMP programs in place for hourly checks on every production line and comprehensive product testing to ensure food quality and safety. ATP bioluminescent cleaning validation systems are also used to assure our customers a high quality, safe product that is guaranteed.
Terri Lynn, Inc. is “Kosher” certified through the Chicago Rabbinical Council (CRC) and has received a “Superior” rating from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) for food safety and hygiene.
We are also certified SQF2000 Level III.
