Question: Can a Webstore order be placed by one person and shipped to someone else in another state?
Answer:
Yes! A customer can place an order and have it shipped to anyone in the United States. In fact, encouraging supporters to gift products to friends and family will help an organization reach it's goal faster!

Is our Terri Lynn Fundraising Webstore only available for a limited time?
Your Webstore is open 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year, at no charge to you.

Can our members test out our Webstore before it goes live?
Yes, once we have your W-9 and open your Webstore, you may go in and test it before it goes live (or before you announce it to your community).

Do we set the prices and profit margins on our Webstore?
The prices are determined by the profit margin your organization chooses: either 20%, 30%, or 40%.

How are shipping costs explained to our supporters (the customers of our Webstore)?
The shipping costs are explained on the home page of your Webstore, when the customer begins to shop, as well as when they check out.

What methods of payment are accepted on the Webstore?
Credit card transactions only.

Can my group choose only specific Terri Lynn products to sell on our Webstore?
The whole catalog of delicious, premium nuts, snacks and confections is available to purchase on your Webstore. Groups cannot limit products at this time.

Are there any minimums or limits on how much supporters can order from a Webstore?
Webstores have no minimum orders! Anyone can order 1 product or 100s of products.

When we develop our Webstore, are we online or on the phone with someone from Terri Lynn? Do we need to submit our logo in advance?
We’ve tried to make creating an account and opening a Webstore, as easy as possible. You can do it online at any time, following the prompts on the Terri Lynn website forms, and/or using this guide to help you.

Our organization wants to set up a Webstore, but we might want to take orders too. Can we do both?
Yes, you can do multiple fundraising programs, all at the same time.

How can I be sure that my products will arrive in time for the holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc.)?
Check out our Holiday Ordering Cut Off Dates in advance to make sure that your order can arrive in time for the holidays and still qualify for Terri Lynn's free delivery.
