The US Post Office standard mail can take up to 16 days to arrive.
We recommend mailing your check via any number of expedited shipping services (i.e., Priority Mail, UPS Express, FedEx Express, etc.) so that you may track your mail piece and ensure that it arrives in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship your order until we receive your payment in full. It's important to send payment promptly to ensure that your products ship in time for your event.
Any organization that has not provided a State Tax documentation form will be charged sales tax on their orders. You may also send a State Tax documentation form with your order to apply.
Your organization will need to provide either an Exemption Certificate or Resale Certificate.
Please consult your tax advisor to confirm your tax-exempt status.
