Terri Lynn Recipes Fruit and Nut Protein Bars
Enjoy a delicious energy boost with these easy Fruit and Nut Protein Bars! Featuring our best-selling Giant Cashews and Roasted Whole Almonds.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pitted dates
- ½ cup Nut butter (any type)
- ½ cup Protein powder (brand of choice)
- 1 cup Old fashioned oats
- ½ cup Terri Lynn Roasted Whole Almonds (chopped)
- ½ cup Terri Lynn Giant Cashews (chopped)
- ½ cup Dried cherries (chopped)
- ½ cup Dried apricots (chopped)
- ½ cup Mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In a food processor, combine dates, nut butter & protein powder (add 1-2 Tablespoons of water if not moving).
- With a paddle mixer or by hand, mix the above mixture with the remaining ingredients.
- Press into a cookie sheet.
- Chill for an hour.
- Cut into squares.
- Store in the refrigerator.
