Ingredients
- ½ cup Terri Lynn Trail Mix
- 1 cup Quick oats
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Directions
- Mash banana.
- Add in egg, coconut oil, honey & oats, fold in trail mix.
- Pour in greased muffin tin.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Makes 8 cookies.
