Ingredients: 1 Egg; 2 tsp Vanilla extract; 1 cup Canned pumpkin; 1 tbsp Vegetable oil; 1 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice; Dash salt; 2 tsp Baking powder; ¾ cup Sugar; 1 ½ cups Flour; ½ cup Terri Lynn Pumpkin Pecans, chopped; 2 cups Whipped topping; 1 cup Confectioners sugar; ½ cup Additional Terri Lynn Pumpkin Spice Pecans (for decorating top)

Ingredients

1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Canned pumpkin
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
Dash salt
2 tsp Baking powder
¾ cup Sugar
1 ½ cups Flour
½ cup Terri Lynn Pumpkin Pecans, chopped
2 cups Whipped topping
1 cup Confectioners sugar
½ cup Additional Terri Lynn Pumpkin Spice Pecans (for decorating top)

Directions

Mix egg, vanilla, canned pumpkin, oil, pumpkin pie spice, salt & baking powder.
Mix in sugar.
Mix in flour.
Fold in chopped pecans.
Spread in greased 8x8” pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Mix whipped topping with confectioners sugar and spread over cooled cake.
Top with whole Terri Lynn Pumpkin Spice Pecans.
