Terri Lynn Recipes Pumpkin Spice Pecan Donuts

Our Terri Lynn Kitchen had fun creating this easy donut recipe using our newest seasonal product, Pumpkin Spice Pecans!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 8 oz Canned pumpkin
  • 2 cups Flour
  • FOR ICING/TOPPING
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 cup Terri Lynn Pumpkin Spice Pecans (chopped)

Directions

  • Mix sugar and eggs well.
  • Beat in baking powder, baking soda, salt, water, spice, oil & canned pumpkin.
  • Slowly mix in flour.
  • Fill wells of well-greased donut pan 3/4 of the way full, bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Top with icing, and sprinkle chopped Pumpkin Spice Pecans on top while icing is wet.
  • Allow icing to set for 5-10 minutes (if you can resist).
